Training 09/05/2007: Chest
Today was a good day. I felt very strong:
Starting out I did DB Flat Chest Press as follows:
60lbs (12), 80lbs (10), 90lbs (10) and 100lbs (6)
Next was Incline Hammer Machine:
90lbs (15), 180 (10) and 200 (8)
Pec Deck:
180lbs (12), 190 lbs (10) and 200 lbs (8)
Decline Hammer Machine
90lbs (12 reps, very slow), 180lbs (15), 230 (10)
Dips:
BW (15 reps), 25lb plate (10), and 45 lb plate (7)
Then did weighted abs to close out the work out. It was a very good and strong work out!
