October 3, 2007Ohh where do i begin. Its been a rough week. Hours at work jumped to 60 hours a week. That on top of mom going to the ER 3 times in the past 7 days has been wearing my energy thin. Going to have to dig deep to get the drive to train today. Had to get up at 3:45am to do cardio on only 3 hours of sleep and a daily caloric deficit of around 1000 give or take. I’m not stopping… No reason too, no desire to. How bad do i want it….? Just gotta find that drive, that motivation to push me through the day, to still give 120% at the gym and put my time in. This is what it comes down to. When life gives you lemons, do you make lemonade? F*ckĀ no, throw those lemons back and push forward, i have no time to make lemonade…
Thats how bad i want it.
