Hey I’m back , Just finish my major in buisnes administration worcking full time and ****, I’m fulltimebodybuiolding too now lol so where I started so I’m 165 and still 100% Quebecer (french canadien) lol .
So I’m gonna stick whit this diet
Meal 1
3 white eggs
3 full eggs
1\2 cup of oatmeal
Meal2
3 scoop of True-mass
Meal3
2 whole wheat pita bread
1 can of tuna with laituse
1 cup of whole wheat pasta
meal 4
1 can of tuna
1 1/2 brown or white rice
Meal 5
6-8 oz of chicken \6 oz of ronde steak \ 7-8 oz of white fish \ 5 oz of salmon \ 6 oz of xtra-lean beaf
2 Big pottato
Meal 6
Pop-corn
Post-worckout
3 scoop True-Mass
Should I bump the Carb or protein ? You Guys tell me .

By the way I’m bulking so give me all the tip you can I meen the frog really needs it you know .
