Well It’s a little over a month so far and ive been keeping up with an awesome diet which probably you’ve already heard of haha "Eat more". But the thing is, it seems impossible to gain weight when you’re and ectomorph because you eat eat eat and nothing! This happened to me for 4 years until last month that I began reading the nutrition labels of cans and food boxes, but what was I looking for? CARBS! Thats the magic we need… Carbohydrates! I tend to eat low fat foods with high carbs, some of them are tuna, peanut butter, pop-tarts (those have ALOT), etc.. Try to look for foods with at least 10g of carbs or more and dont forget proteins just to keep it balanced. Well so far 3 people have already told me that I look bigger, and after weighing myself sure enough I was 3 pounds heavier! I couldn’t believe it and just in one month.. So if you think you’ve done all you can and no luck, try this. If I can (yeah after 4 years of trying) believe me you can too..
Good Luck

Hello people, there’s something i’ve been asking myself lately. Am I supposed to feel sore after workout? I have been working out for quite a while now (around 4 years) and it’s been a long time since I felt sore. On December 12 I began a new Carb Diet and today was my first workout day again (I didnt have access to a gym until now). But anyway, today I worked harder than ever and I really felt it inside the gym but a few hours later I was almost like before.
So what do you all think? I just dont want to end up having no gains, you know "No pain, no gain". BTW I’m an ectomorph.

Hello y’all its 3 AM and I cant sleep. I saw the bodybuilding.com forum and a saw all of these people which have made awesome transformations of their body and I could not imagine me going throught that. I just dont get it! how can they gain so much in at least 2 months? I’ve been working out for around 4 years and NOTHING!
It has been quite frustrating for me because I have been loosing faith of being able to gain muscle like the other people. idk but i feel like theres something missing that doesnt let me grow..
Does anyone feel like that to? were you able to get bigger?
PS> I ain’t even thinking of giving up…
