Yesterday I had a great back & Tri’s session. Unfortunately, it’ll be the last till next week. Got plans this weekend. I’m heading to Yosemite Sunday to rock climb, so I’ll get some work done I guess. I’m gonna be tryin to get some pics on here and Myspace before the day’s out. My workouts are still productive; I’m losing fat, but my weight is remaining the same. EXACTLY what I want. Lately, I’ve been thinking about talking to Malcolm (the trainer; great guy) to see if I should be changing some stuff to get bigger and stronger quicker. 21s style and 15-rep sets are great, but I miss going hard with heavy weight for 10 reps straight. I also miss the deadlift
alot. He knows what he’s doing though, so I don’t want fight him on anything too much.
