At home for the next about week and a half. Training with the brothers….so that’s a definited plus. I was tired as **** of training with pussies around me all the time at MIZZOU.

ALSO….got to go down to Dallas and metroflex last weekend. lol drove 10 hours and got there at 5:30 in the morning but i trained like a ****in animal with the bros and dad regardless. GET BIG OR DIE doncha know. We saw Branch and Trish Warren on saturday…they’re both prepping for Olympia so they’re a sight to behold. Gotta love being able to train alongside the best in the world. Actually got some vids of us deadlifting that i might be able to get up here soon. I hadn’t deadlifted in like a month because of a lil weird injury so i only went up to 495 but we did it up.

Come the end of August here it’s get ****in huge time. I want 250 or so by the end of November with as little fat gain as i can manage. Hopefully put some sizable amount of mass on my frame so i never have to cut below 200 pounds again in this life. Plan is Ronnie Coleman Classic 2010 at the end of April if i’ve not elucidated that before now.
