Hello i just wrote a post becuase i wanted to discuss how to lose bodyfat in the shortest space of time.

Several point i need to add here:

- Diet

- Training

- Cardio (Treadmills)

There are several methods of burning fat, but the most effeciant way of losing bodyfat is discussed in many books.
