I decided to push myself real hard today, and I wasn’t stoppin’ for nobody. The last time I dead lifted I wasn’t really sure what to expect from myself but today I set a goal of 250 for 8 reps…..I blew past it with 275 for 8 reps. when that turned out to be not as bad as I expected I decided to throw in an extra set to max out, I put 315 on the bar and forced out three good reps before I couldn’t lift it again….it’s just always fun when you see big weight and you know that you did it. There is no better feeling than leaving the gym knowing you accomplished something.
Everybody keep lifting and keep your goals ambitious!!!!!

Hey guys,
After a bad week in the Gym last week I decided to switch it up and go with a whole new routine. I changed my schedule from a 5 to 4 day split thanks to a lot of positive feedback from ppl, and especially Emre who planned out my split for me. And I can honestly say after the first day of his work out plan for me I’m gonna enjoy it because it really does hurt to type haha. After 2 hours in the gym this morning working chest and supersetting bi and tri workouts I feel like i just did a whole week of work in one day. My minds on the gym again for tonight for some cardio….I’m gonna be sleeping tight tonight haha

Hey guys, Today was a bad day at the gym for some reason. Everything I did today (Chest & Tris) seemed to be so much lower than I’m used to doing. Granted I wasn’t feeling well earlier in the week, but I usually use the gym as a tool to feel better and today it just didn’t work. I’m worried about starting to plateau is there any advice to start busting through this weak spell I’m goin’ through? Plus, if anyone has some good back exercises lemme know.

I’m about a month into my current workout routine, my goal is to be in the best shape on my team by the time training camp starts in August. I started training with a good base, I have always been an athlete growing up however, I took my natural abilities for granted when I stepped onto the College pitch. No longer was it as easy to run by an opponent or put him to the ground. I wasted two seasons by not taking it as seriously as I should have. Now I have two more to turn around what I started so poorly. For me, next season started the day last season ended.
