Hey Everybody!

I know it’s been awhile since I blogged. But, I am having one heck of a great year! This has been an adventure of a lifetime! (And I am loving every minute of it!)

Well, the first event to start me year was the Arnold! I always have a great time there. I got to meet tons of Gaspari fans! Thanks for all your suppport!

 Then it was the Dragon’s Den in Flex Lewis’s hometown Franklin, TN. Gina Ostarly and I held the first women’s Dragons Den at Flex’s gym, The Franklin Athletic Club. What a great turnout! There was more than 300 people! I even got to meet a girl that I train online! (I am teaching her the tricks of the trade!) We had a blast. Gina Ostarly is officially my new "Partner in Crime"! Just kidding! I love her, she is so sweet, and we have the same principles in life we live by. CRAZY! I am so happy to have her on board at Gaspari Nutrition! Thanks Joe Volgey for picking the perfect dynamic duo in women’s health and fitness!

After the Dragon’s Den, it has been appearance after appearance all over the US. I am having a great time meeting people and traveling. Right now I am in Lincoln, Nebraska for a Max Muscle appearance. It was me, David Hughs, and Sean Sherk (UFC fighter).

Next on my list is the April NPC Bikini competition in Orlando. Can’t wait! I just bought a new beautiful Passion Fruit Design I had custom made for me! Can’t wait to wear it!
