 I am back from the Olympia, but still very busy with my personal training business and I am writing two books. So, you could say I have been MIA for awhile. Personally…I have so many positive things going on in my life right now. Just when I think life can’t get any better, it does. I am in a good place in life right now and am grateful for every minute. I love my husband, my family, my friends, my clients, my fans, and anybody else out there that has been there for me and believed in me! I am truly grateful!! I am also grateful for fitness which has made me strong both mentally and physically. I feel like there is nothing I can’t do!

I have set my goals for 2009 already. I have quite a 2009 calendar year coming up! I can’t wait! Life is such an adventure and I can’t wait to see where it takes me next.

For everybody out there that don’t think they can do it, YES YOU CAN!!

Hey guys!

 So, it has been awhile since I blogged. Here’s what’s been going on in my world…I have had another successful transformation go through my program "The Marzia Principles". (www.bodyspace.com/determineddeana) I am so proud of her. Not only did she meet her goal in 4 short months, she entered fit mom competition, had her first professional photoshoot, and became a spokesmodel for a new energy drink for women (www.cougarenergydrink.com) Little did DeAnna know that she was going on an adventure when she came to me. Also, to top things off, Gaspari Nutrition (my sponsor), was so impressed that she used the Ladies Lean and Fit Stack through her program that they contacted her to do an ad for them! You can see it on her BodySpace page. I think this is just the beginning for her. Go Deanna Go!!!

Aside from having successful transformations, I have been so busy, I LOVE IT! I have shot some great video footage for Gaspari Nutrition. You will have to go to www.GaspariNutrition.tv I did a BodySpace video, “The Marzia Principles” video (the 10 rules I live by and teach in my program) and some sexy stuff for the boys! I did a shoot for the 2009 Status Fitness Calendar so keep your eyes out for that one. The hottest fitness models of the industry are in that calendar. I am excited to be a part of that!!!

I will be at the Olympia this year at the Gaspari Nutrition booth (of course) with my sister! She and I will be signing autographs of our two layouts. We will have lots of freebies of SuperPump 250, Cytolean, and other goodies. I am looking forward to that. And I will be shooting some new stuff for Gaspari Nutrition’s new website! Hey Guys!

 I just wanted to let you know I threw Deanna a Tranasformation Party! It was great! I bought a cardboard cutout of her former self and put her before and after pictures on her cake! It was so cool! We had too good of a time of course! She did cheat moderately and didn’t blow it out like I thought she would. I was proud of her portion control. Now, Deanna’s next venture is the Fit Mom’s Competition at the Europa Super Show! I can’t wait to see her compete! You go girl! I am going to be there every step of the way! I am so proud of her!
