The whole "DECK" thing can be a real killer. Try doing it with 2 or 3 exercises. Pushups, crunches and bodyweight squats for each card number can be a real chalange!

Ditto to what fromflabtofab offered!

And:

GUILT!

You wrote: "It just seems everytime I try to share with people or try to motivate others I get shot down"

People don't want to be overweight, sitting at the bar, smoking cigarettes and then recall the uplifting stories of people eating right and going to the gym. They feel guilty. At least that could be one reason.

Snoooow day here and so I was surfing the blogs and comments on BodySpace. Came across this one from the archives. Thanks for posting it!

Great BodySpace name, too. :) I worked at a comic book store from 1988 to 1993 or so. During college and then immediately after. I used to make nine bucks an hour with health coverage, too, for reading Fantastic Four! D'OH! You can't beat that with mjolnir! (Did I spell that correctly?)

Anyway, have a great weekend!

Good job on the loss of weight and inches, keep taking small steps that move you froward. Keep building good habits. You'll get below 200 soon, even if it isn't February. Good luck. Cold is easier than hot to train in, at least with cold you can add layers.

YAY! You kicked that pounds A......!&gt;!&gt;!&gt;!!&gt;&gt; And sorry to break it to you, but that IS the atkins diet. 20 carbs a day. Fiber as much as you want. haha But don't let that deter you. Just because it's the atkins, you can call it anything you want. But if you keep that diet, I do suggest getting the atkins fit for life book. It helps you figure out a TON of foods, recipies, and the like for what you're aiming for. :-) YAY!
