Week 6- Completed
Meh another week completed. Still the same weight :p But my muscles are sore as heck after doing a Deck of Cards yesterday after noon! I was feeling the soreness from the workout the day before but I still ended up doing the Deck but now I’m really sore
! Good thing today is lower body! I’m going to try to add in conditioning training after. Haha I’ll probably won’t be able to move by the end of Friday lol

The whole "DECK" thing can be a real killer. Try doing it with 2 or 3 exercises. Pushups, crunches and bodyweight squats for each card number can be a real chalange!
