Week 4- Completed
Wooo a full month has gone by… Progress report? Down 4lbs since the beginning of the month and lost a few inches on the body so YAY. Alittle slow with the weight loss but meh. Down side of this week? I’m sick with a cold Booooo
My goal one goal was to be under 200 by the end of February … Thats 16lbs away… EEP~! lol. Well we will see

Good job on the loss of weight and inches, keep taking small steps that move you froward. Keep building good habits. You’ll get below 200 soon, even if it isn’t February. Good luck. Cold is easier than hot to train in, at least with cold you can add layers.

Keep working hard, it’s paying off. Also my cousin from outside Philly says meh, must be a PA thing.
