Week 3- Completed
Ok so I’m slightly late on posting a blog but week 3 is done~! Woohoo!
Down 1lb and some of the measurements went down as well
At the start of this week I began a low carb diet. Not that Aktins…. Its more keto-ish… At least I’m allowed to eat fiberous veggies
and some fruits. Basically you subtract the total fiber from your total carbs and you get your Net Carbs for the day. For now I started around 20net carbs the past 2days. Also got to watch out for saturated fats :/
The reason I’m is on this diet is 1. I hit a weight plateau for a little while now, so I want to break that and 2. I want to try to get below 200lbs by the end of February 2008
So hopefully things will go well for me! I should update next week with updates.

YAY! You kicked that pounds A……!>!>!>!!>> And sorry to break it to you, but that IS the atkins diet. 20 carbs a day. Fiber as much as you want. haha But don’t let that deter you. Just because it’s the atkins, you can call it anything you want. But if you keep that diet, I do suggest getting the atkins fit for life book. It helps you figure out a TON of foods, recipies, and the like for what you’re aiming for.
