Week 2- Completed
Well sort of is completed… not till tuesday technically, but since its Monday again I thought I make a new blog. No weight loss this week but I did lose a inch
Suprisingly mostly in my hip (.75) and in my left thigh (.25). I have upped my cardio and conditioning (@__@) a bit this past week. Looking forward to todays workout to see how I do. Its going to be tough and hopefully I make it though the workout ^__^ (more details in my work journal about the workout I have planned

The change is exciting to see over time. We all wish it would be quick and done with but its not always that easy… We always got to work hard towards our goals and make sure we don’t stop because thats when it can rebound and we get stuck at the beginning again. I, myself plan to make this a lifestyle and not stop once I hit my goal because I’m sure I’ll have even more goals by then :p
For now I have certain goals I need to finish up hah. Might take me most of or all of 2008 but I plan to get it done!
