Week 1- Completed
Ok so my first week of the cutting contest has passed. Updates? 1 pound down :p
Blah… I’ll take it ! But wish it was more haha. I’m going to take another 100 calories out and try to up my cardio alittle more to see what it does. So I’ll aim for 2000-2100 calories instead. Wish me luck!
Can’t wait to get back into the gym monday morning

1 pound less just keep it going nothing happens overnight. remember to stay hydrated and water will help flush out fat. Add lemon or lime to your water drink about 1-1.5 gallons a day. yes you will pee a lot but after a while your body gets acustom to it and you don’t have to pee as often. Add more protein in the latter hours and lees carbs at night you can do it, push your self you will be great.
