Week 4- Completed

Wednesday, January 30th, 2008

Wooo a full month has gone by… Progress report? Down 4lbs since the beginning of the month and lost a few inches on the body so YAY. Alittle slow with the weight loss but meh. Down side of this week? I’m sick with a cold Booooo :P

My goal one goal was to be under 200 by the end of February … Thats 16lbs away… EEP~! lol. Well we will see :D

 

Week 3- Completed

Ok so I’m slightly late on posting a blog but week 3 is done~! Woohoo!

Down 1lb and some of the measurements went down as well :D

 At the start of this week I began a low carb diet. Not that Aktins…. Its more keto-ish…  At least I’m allowed to eat fiberous veggies :D and some fruits. Basically you subtract the total fiber from your total carbs and you get your Net Carbs for the day. For now I started around 20net carbs the past 2days. Also got to watch out for saturated fats :/

The reason I’m is on this diet is 1. I hit a weight plateau for a little while now, so I want to break that and 2. I want to try to get below 200lbs by the end of February 2008 :D So hopefully things will go well for me! I should update next week with updates.

Week 2- Completed

Monday, January 14th, 2008

Well sort of is completed… not till tuesday technically, but since its Monday again I thought I make a new blog. No weight loss this week but I did lose a inch :D Suprisingly mostly in my hip (.75) and in my left thigh (.25). I have upped my cardio and conditioning (@__@) a bit this past week. Looking forward to todays workout to see how I do. Its going to be tough and hopefully I make it though the workout ^__^ (more details in my work journal about the workout I have planned :P )

The change is exciting to see over time. We all wish it would be quick and done with but its not always that easy… We always got to work hard towards our goals and make sure we don’t stop because thats when it can rebound and we get stuck at the beginning again. I, myself plan to make this a lifestyle and not stop once I hit my goal because I’m sure I’ll have even more goals by then :p

For now I have certain goals I need to finish up hah. Might take me most of or all of 2008 but I plan to get it done!

Week 1- Completed

Ok so my first week of the cutting contest has passed. Updates? 1 pound down :p

Blah… I’ll take it ! But wish it was more haha. I’m going to take another 100 calories out and try to up my cardio alittle more to see what it does. So I’ll aim for 2000-2100 calories instead. Wish me luck!

 

Can’t wait to get back into the gym monday morning :)
