When I go and look at my main bb.com page it is changing to a different picture. First it was a couple then the second time it was some dude flexing. I keep changing it… so I’m just leaving it as a blank picture to see what happens :/

Meh another week completed. Still the same weight :p But my muscles are sore as heck after doing a Deck of Cards yesterday after noon! I was feeling the soreness from the workout the day before but I still ended up doing the Deck but now I’m really sore
! Good thing today is lower body! I’m going to try to add in conditioning training after. Haha I’ll probably won’t be able to move by the end of Friday lol

Wooo a full month has gone by… Progress report? Down 4lbs since the beginning of the month and lost a few inches on the body so YAY. Alittle slow with the weight loss but meh. Down side of this week? I’m sick with a cold Booooo
My goal one goal was to be under 200 by the end of February … Thats 16lbs away… EEP~! lol. Well we will see

Ok so I’m slightly late on posting a blog but week 3 is done~! Woohoo!
Down 1lb and some of the measurements went down as well
At the start of this week I began a low carb diet. Not that Aktins…. Its more keto-ish… At least I’m allowed to eat fiberous veggies
and some fruits. Basically you subtract the total fiber from your total carbs and you get your Net Carbs for the day. For now I started around 20net carbs the past 2days. Also got to watch out for saturated fats :/
The reason I’m is on this diet is 1. I hit a weight plateau for a little while now, so I want to break that and 2. I want to try to get below 200lbs by the end of February 2008
So hopefully things will go well for me! I should update next week with updates.

Well sort of is completed… not till tuesday technically, but since its Monday again I thought I make a new blog. No weight loss this week but I did lose a inch
Suprisingly mostly in my hip (.75) and in my left thigh (.25). I have upped my cardio and conditioning (@__@) a bit this past week. Looking forward to todays workout to see how I do. Its going to be tough and hopefully I make it though the workout ^__^ (more details in my work journal about the workout I have planned
)
The change is exciting to see over time. We all wish it would be quick and done with but its not always that easy… We always got to work hard towards our goals and make sure we don’t stop because thats when it can rebound and we get stuck at the beginning again. I, myself plan to make this a lifestyle and not stop once I hit my goal because I’m sure I’ll have even more goals by then :p
For now I have certain goals I need to finish up hah. Might take me most of or all of 2008 but I plan to get it done!

Ok so my first week of the cutting contest has passed. Updates? 1 pound down :p
Blah… I’ll take it ! But wish it was more haha. I’m going to take another 100 calories out and try to up my cardio alittle more to see what it does. So I’ll aim for 2000-2100 calories instead. Wish me luck!
Can’t wait to get back into the gym monday morning

Well since its technially Christmas Eve here now I just wanted to say I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and you get the gifts you were hoping for :p
The year 2007 went by FAST! I just wish I was more serious about weightlifting in the beginning of the year instead of getting more focused in September. Better late then never! I hope the year 2008 will be kick ass! I’m so in the BB.com Cutting Contest in the losing fat forum so wish me luck

It’s funny the things you finnally just notice when you are trying to fall asleep but just can’t. I was was looking at my hands and I was like "wow…. I can see my knuckles! And my fingers are not pudgey anymore!". When I was younger my hands were really bad. If I made a fist you couldn’t even see my knuckles at all… now I can see all four. My fingers look slimmed down a bunch too. It just made me excited when I noticed out of no where. Funny how you notice out of the blue. I also have been discovering muscles lol its funny. Sometimes you just got to stop and realize the things you accomplished. Feels good!

I usually surf around BB.com while at work and my co workers know it too. I like to find inspiring profiles/journals to keep me motivated. I told my one coworker about this one cool story and he flipped and said it was unhealthy and stuff. But I told him the person did it healthy and exercised a lot. Its weird
and I felt a little down after words. It just seems everytime I try to share with people or try to motivate others I get shot down

So instead of promising myself to lose weight/get in shape as a resoultion on New Years, I decided to try to create goals for the beginning of the New Year. Start the New Year with a new me ready to keep improving myself. According to my scale the past few days I’m 21 lbs away from my weight goal. Thats just alittle over 7 weeks away. My other goals are very very close already just not my weight goal. On my current plan I’m doing mostly weight lifting to tone/lose body fat while losing weight at a slower rate.
I’ve come to realize I’m going to have to up my cardio a few notches to meet this goal, which I’m not really that great at cardio. I’m just worried about losing muscle with the fat when doing more cardio
As of today I also started taking Flax Oil and Fish Oil pills along with my multi-vitamin. I want to stay away from fat burners when trying to reach this goal too. They never seem to work that well for me in the past anyways. I just hope I can make the goal because it feels good reaching a goal you have set for yourself. If not I won’t dwell over it too much since its the effort and the loss along the way that counts.
