I done 3 sets/12reps of 64pounds deadlifts, 3 sets/12reps 64pounds pushpress, 3 sets/12reps of 20 pound weighted pull-ups, 3 sets/12reps 64pounds snatch, 3 sets/12reps 64pounds T bar rows, 3 sets/12reps 64pounds weighted bench dips, 3 sets/12reps 64pounds barbell shrug
