Saturday, March 31st, 2007So I weighed myself a few days after the last blog I made and from the running and martial arts I realized I had lost around 6 pounds I weighed 164 pounds.. I wasn’t eating enough to support all my training and even tho I was in great shape my goal is to also be bigger. After around 20 days of bulking I’ve managed to gain 6 pounds and get my weight BACK up to 170 pounds which is my normal bodyweight.. now by around april 15 I hope to be around 175 pounds.
