getting back from being sick - suggestions?
So I had food poisioning this week and it has totally killed my nutritution and my motivation. I am unable to really workout without food in my system and I finally tried a protein shake today and felt like gagging…. I’m at a bit of a loss as what to do about it. How do you go from no food - or very little food - and only startchy carbs at that, to heavy protein diet again…

take it easy and start again slowly, increasing the intake a bit every day.

Just take it easy and let your body heal. I’ve gad food posion 3 times in my life and it took a while to get over it. And those were all mild cases!! Good better soon!! Take care!!

It will go away and you just get back to it. That’s all, that simple, you’ll do it.
