Ok folks.. its decision time. Do I get a diet/prep coach - which one wise friend has suggested - or do I get a pesonal trainer???

So I had food poisioning this week and it has totally killed my nutritution and my motivation. I am unable to really workout without food in my system and I finally tried a protein shake today and felt like gagging…. I’m at a bit of a loss as what to do about it. How do you go from no food - or very little food - and only startchy carbs at that, to heavy protein diet again…
HELP!!!!
