I’ve put on about 8lbs and have kept my abs and mincreased my squat and bench by about 5lbs..Not much but every bit helps! Hoping to put on about 10 more lbs then cut the fat before spring break in Mexico…Well that’s it take it easy guys, Mark

Just thought I would share my thoughts on a new routine I began laid out by Nick Paniagua. Most of you know him as XNick EdgeX. I have had trouble with plateauing in the past and thought if anyone could get me past this into the next level it would be him judging by his pictures and progress. The routine is very intense. Three days a week I do weight training and the other two days I do cardio. Today I started the routine with chest, back and abs. There were about 12 different exercises at a gruleing pace. Not to mention the 5 minutes of high intensity cardio to start off with! I was so exhausted after chest and abs I had to go home for about a half an hour to refuel before returning to finish off with back. This routine is by NO MEANS TO INTENSE just something I was not used to doing. From the first day I can already see that I will be pushed by Nick to achieve a body that I could only have hoped for. I sincerely recomend that if you wish to take your fitness to the next level contact Nick to create a routine and diet plan for you!

I have now competed in my first ever bodybuilding competition. After 2 months of extensive dieting and training I have achieved what I never thought possible. As a kid I was always picked on for being the scrawny kid who couldn’t play contact sports. Now I believe I have come full circle.
