Time to get serious!
Tuesday, January 30th, 2007I have started changing my diet no more junk like chips and candy. I eat at least a serving of each food gruop for every meal. My training has been steped up from a program of high weight, reps btw. 2-5 for 2 sets to 8-12 reps, moderate-heavy weight for 4 sets.I train 5-6 times a week for about 1 and 15 min.
