A couple weeks later…

I have been staying around 195-198 lbs and have been getting stronger and stronger by the week.  It is addicting when you start seeing results.   It feels good when people comment, "Hey have you been lifting!?  It shows."  I have been working out for about 3 months solid now and I am finally getting back into the swing of things.  I am loosing fat and gaining muscle.  The only things I need to do now is stick to a solid diet.  I keep getting off track and eat crappy foods.  Also I need to get back on track about doing legs.  I kinda have been avoiding the leg routine because well frankly I have chicken legs.  That is my goal.  To work hard on legs.  But all in all I am feeling the best I have in a few years.  I am loving it!!!

Lost fat, now trying to gain muscle.

I was about 207 and fat. I started lifting and wrestling again and hav elost about 20 lbs.  Now that I have a solid base and lost the nasty fat I am trying gain some solid muscle.  I started taking Rage RV5 and stacked it with Chlorodrol 50.  I hope to gain about 10-15 lbs of muscle.  It has worked well with some of my friends and have seen around 13 lbs in about 10 days.  I hope to see those kind of results.  Wish me luck!
