A couple weeks later…
January 12, 2009I have been staying around 195-198 lbs and have been getting stronger and stronger by the week. It is addicting when you start seeing results. It feels good when people comment, "Hey have you been lifting!? It shows." I have been working out for about 3 months solid now and I am finally getting back into the swing of things. I am loosing fat and gaining muscle. The only things I need to do now is stick to a solid diet. I keep getting off track and eat crappy foods. Also I need to get back on track about doing legs. I kinda have been avoiding the leg routine because well frankly I have chicken legs. That is my goal. To work hard on legs. But all in all I am feeling the best I have in a few years. I am loving it!!!
