					<description>I think a lot of those studies have to do with the 'regular job' as they would say and not neccessarily the bodybuilder or fitness enthusiast. I've seen a lot of those studies and the truth is, with a well balanced eating regimen, you could pretty much cover all of your needs. However, I also have seen studies that show people who are into bodybuilding or take part in fitness activities on a daily basis, need more of these vitamins and minerals than you average person does, to aid in the process of muscle growth, recovery, and so on. Same with things as carbs, protiens, fats, etc. etc. that you see them talking about. Truth is, I have no idea what is true or not, but I do know that ever since I've started supplementing with a multi I have seen a major increase in my energy throughout the day. Could be phsycological, lol, but that's my story and I'm sticking to it. I'd say to experiment with it yourself. If you want, stay off of Animal Pak for a bit and see if it effects your workouts or energy lvls and then decide from there.</description>
