					<description>hey dude!  Good luck with the HIT program.  I bought Mentzer's book too.  I like his method of doing isolation excercises before compound excersises.  However I feel that his overall program doesn't involve enough sets.  2 sets just doesn't feel like enough work for me.  But I've never tried it and stuck with it.  Tell me how it works for you.</description>
