P90X - Day 307 (Nov 1st, 2009)
Damn sore legs. When I woke up they were really sore. I considered whether to start with this insane Pure Cardio warm-up at all. I did. Ten minutes of "ouch"!
Luckily, the rest of the workout was all upper-body, except for some core exercises in my abs training.
Soreness changed for the better in the course of the day. Another Pure Cardio workout in the evening, and now my legs feel good again.
