P90X - Day 304 (Oct 29th, 2009)
Went a little later to work this morning. But as I’m an early bird, I got up at 6:30 a.m. and had 40 minutes of moderate cardio fun with Tony. I like the One-on-One DVDs. They are not as demanding as Insanity of course. But they still get my heart rate up. "Cardio Intervals" is the first DVD of volume 2. One of my favourites.
During Taekwondo I did some rope climbing with the kids again. I didn’t knew that I actually can climb two ropes at the same time! Haha…not very good for the first time, but it seemed the parents and their kids were pretty astonished anyway.
At the age of 11 or 12 I’ve never been able to climb ropes. I wasn’t even good at sports. Thank you, P90X!
