I accept it. The fitter I get - Plyo won’t get easier. But I’m glad that my knees are alright with all those jumping.

Do you watch the timer when you do an Insanity workout? Me not. I simply can’t. I don’t want to know how many seconds (or minutes) of an exercise are left…this would just make it harder. I just shut off my mind and try not to look at the screen.

Man, Plyo was hard today. And Kenpo all the more. Sometimes I ask myself why I sweat significantly more than on other days. My windows were fogged all over the place again. Also the foam mats on which I train were wet all over - I do Kenpo Cardio with bare feet. Sometimes I had to take care not to slip while doing kicks. This time I really worked out in a "pool of sweat".
During the course of the day my hip flexors got very sore. And I got a little more hungry as usual…:)
