I want more mass.
February 18, 2009I have been trying to put on mass lately for two reasons one because I want to get bigger and two I am trying to get into private security so I want the look. If anyone has some mass gaining tips I would greatly appreciate them. I am into my six week and I have seen hardly any change in my over all mass. I do 12,10,8,6 reps for most sets, and I eat three meals and two protein drinks a day.
