EXACTLY 1WEEK OUT!! Suggestions and Comments anyone!?
wow i am super psyched out! al my dues are paid and everything! i can’t wait to compete, i just have a few more things i need to get for the competition like a tan and baby-oil (even though i might just use Pam spray lolz). but right now im 162lbs (i put on 2lbs). my weight has gone up but i’m not all that worried especially because my legs look more lean, and my legs NEVER look lean. which means that the 2lbs were muscle (yay!!). so ya, any advice any suggestions? eating habits i should do 2-3days before competition to get full muscle maturity (even thought it might be too late)? any pre-contest work-outs in mind. im up for suggestions…if not i’ll just do what i think would best work for me..but i can really use some suggestions

My friend, get that tan stuff pronto! Are you ordering it online? Bodybuilding.com is fast but you should get quick delivery. Not sure if Baby oil is a good idea but I know people use pam. Just get the plain, not butter flavored. We will all appreciate that. Ha! As far as working out, you shouldn’t be doing any legs after Wednesday and no weights at all after Thursday. This is what I’ve been told. The last two days, most of your time should be pumping up and posing. It has been my experience that developing a solid pump up routien will help you stay focused back stage. Know what works best for your body. Can’t wait! See you soon!
