First Week Of 09′
Okay guys so this first week has been a great week only 51 more to go lol. So as far as working out I have ramped up my cardio to lean out before the spring. Here is what I have done (cardio) this week.
Monday: Cycling class 1 HR(700+) calories
Wednesday: Same as Monday
Thursday evening: Tae Bo 1 HR(400 +) calories
Saturday: Morning run 45 mins (500 +) calories
I am still about 6-700 short of my 3000 calorie goal for the week so I am going back out to run in about 2 hours.

Okay phew I just got back from running and reached my goal of 800 calories and that brings my weekly total to about 3225!!!!!!
