Get ready for the summer!! Now is the time to shape up and change your life
Thursday, April 3rd, 2008It’s spring time and we all are absorbing the sun as much as we can after a long winter. The spring gives us new energy and our hormones are ready to rock n ‘roll;-)
For me this is the time when I get most inspiration and I am eager to learn and try new workouts and exercises to get better results. The new changes we done right now is to add a lot of supersets with two or more movements. It makes the workout go faster and more intense and will also shock your muscles to growth. It is good to try for a period of time.
For outdoor activities and cardio we try to enjoy the nice spring weather here in Boise and do out door walks with lunges. Walk 5 minutes and then do 5 minutes of walking lunges. Perfect for fat burning and to build your gluteus, legs and hips. So go out and enjoy the spring and all new life and get a whole new body too;-)
