Eating everything in sight!!!
I have been having a hell of a time!
OK So I have basically gained back 3 of the 5 pounds I lost! I have not really been going to the gym, but I have been walking everyday and doing bodyweight strength training at home, but I am craving sweets BIG TIME!!!! Problem is if I have ONE I have TEN!!!
I have to stop this cycle.. I cleaned out my cupboards and got rid of the unhealthy foods, but have been eating too many banana shakes and peanut butter.. My weaknesses.
I am sure that I have to make a schedule and stick to it.
I NEED A TRAINER.. and a FREE one at that!
I am very good at taking and following directions, seems like when the direction is coming from me I let myself off the hook, and therefore, stay fat!
I am frustrated and sick of it, and to top it off my gym’s daycare keeps giving my kid lice… so I am sick of that place too.
I am thinking of starting to just workout at home and at the track here, but I don’t have weights so how can I lift.. I don’t have much of an expendable income so I can’t feasibly purchase weights..
Anyone know some fit trainers that come with equipment and want to take on a charity case…?
I am a really good cook and really fun!!! ;P
Just have to get back on track, I know very well that tomorrow is another day, and it is the first day of the rest of my life!
Optimism will prevail….

If you stop paying for the Y, then you can use that money to buy some weights. I know what your going through with the food thing, I love sweets too (ate doritos and nutty bars everyday my whole life), I kicked it, and you can too, u just have to do it…good luck..ever have any questions or need help just ask.

Hang in there!! I don’t even like having things that i know i can cheat with in the Apt, if its not there, less of a chance ill mess up! Sometimes its frustrating though, i have a roomate who likes the sweets, and its hard, when im dowing 8 oz chicken and 1 1/2 cups of broccoli, and there’s something sitting right there unhealthy! Hang in there, its a battle, but its worth the FIGHT!!!!
