Eating everything in sight!!!

I have been having a hell of a time!

OK So I have basically gained back 3 of the 5 pounds I lost! I have not really been going to the gym, but I have been walking everyday and doing bodyweight strength training at home, but I am craving sweets BIG TIME!!!! Problem is if I have ONE I have TEN!!!

I have to stop this cycle.. I cleaned out my cupboards and got rid of the unhealthy foods, but have been eating too many banana shakes and peanut butter.. My weaknesses.

I am sure that I have to make a schedule and stick to it.

I NEED A TRAINER.. and a FREE one at that!

I am very good at taking and following directions, seems like when the direction is coming from me I let myself off the hook, and therefore, stay fat!

I am frustrated and sick of it, and to top it off my gym’s daycare keeps giving my kid lice… so I am sick of that place too.

I am thinking of starting to just workout at home and at the track here, but I don’t have weights so how can I lift.. I don’t have much of an expendable income so I can’t feasibly purchase weights..

Anyone know some fit trainers that come with equipment and want to take on a charity case…?

I am a really good cook and really fun!!! ;P

Just have to get back on track, I know very well that tomorrow is another day, and it is the first day of the rest of my life!

Optimism will prevail….

Not doing so well

I have been doing ok, but find it hard to go out to family members for dinner. My entire family is overweight and seem intimidated by my progress and determination. They keep inviting me for dinner and setting out white rolls and high calorie high fat dishes.. I guess I will simply say no thanks to the dinner, or eat before I go.

I was going to give myself a cheat day, but I don’t know if that is a good idea?

Well I appreciate any imput, I suppose I know what to do but sometimes it’s easier to take advice from someone else!

I have avoided chocolate and refined sugar for two days now and feel fantastic!

Although I have had natural sugars and a protein bar when I have been craving sweets, I don’t have the urge to binge eat like before.

I have been looking at the body for life challenge program and have decided to follow it as much as I can, but I can’t afford the supplements being on a limited income and raising a child… so I am going to at least follow the eating and exercise portion of the program until I can afford the supplementary powder and bars….

I have already taken off 2.5 pounds since Tuesday and the way I feel is taking precedent over the way that my body is looking.. which isn’t actually all that bad.

New pics on Tuesday!

Thanks for all the support I am getting here I know that it is what is helping me to be strong!

Clean eating for one day! not so bad

Now as a sugar/chocolate addict this was surprisingly easy… I am expecting a little turbulence but know that I have a headstart on clean eating as I do enjoy fruits and veggies regularily and eat whole grains for the most part.. the hard thing is I really get sucked in to junk food.

I have made a committment to myself though, and I plan to keep it.

I can’t wait to post progress pics!

I think that once a week to start will be good, and then once a month after the first 8 weeks…

Starting clean living today!!!

I am a chocolate and sugar addict, with the help of a friend who is struggling with the same (Ivoryce) I am going to kick it.

I have been good so far today.. although it’s only quarter to 11am. Oh well I am going to give it an honest try.

I am on my way out to the gym right now for a cardio workout. I have about 20-30 pounds of fat to lose before I even consider lifting, plus I am not very strong yet ;P

I hope to incorporate clean eating and living into my workout plan and watch that fat fall off.
