Lol. In case you couldn't tell I was laying the smarm on pretty thick.

But I'm serious though. I'm not saying you should want to be huge, or jump up 20-30 pounds. I'm saying there is no such thing as too much emphasis on aesthetics. Shapes dominate our optical experience in this world. But anyway before I go off on a tangent, beauty is not in the eye of the beholder. Beauty is a mandate issued and handed down by nature, quantum physics, and God.

Perfect example: The typical person possesses no clear cut personal ideology regarding what they believe to be true beauty. Billions of people across the planet will look at a gangly, shapeless woman with a prettyface and give her the distinction of being beautiful. The hive mindset doesn't make any law 'round these parts (planet Earth) though. Beauty doesn't require perception. A truly physically beautiful person's portrait could be hung in the halls of eternity. Their body would suggest all things positive. Maybe 1 in 1 quadrillion people could envision this person. I can. So trust me when I tell you that beauty is not in the eye of the beholder.

Hey, hang in there, you are right, no one realizes how much time med school requires. No one!! Except of course those of us that have been through it. Like I mentioned earlier, the only way I maintained any kind of workout schedule was to do it on my lunch hour 4-5 days/wk.

Just remember, it is all worth it in the end. The third and fourth years will be much better, just the first two really suck.

Pretty thorough but if you want plump cartoonish meat to inflate your muscles you need to really focus on each individual muscle group. You can't lump shoulders in with arms and chest unless you are training for function and fitness. Function and fitness isn't important it's all about how you look. I'm Josh Morgan.

Holy Cow! Your diet blows me away! You are spot on! I am literally speechless. Your maturity to eat that way at your age is incredible! Just train your mind to enjoy the really good foods in life and you will never crave any junk ever again. And it will be with you the rest of your life.
Wow! I am so impressed! SERIOUS! I mean it!

Ugh! I know how frustrating that can be. I recently got back from a Hawaiian vacation and I totally went off my routine the whole time i was there. I know, I know, totally different from your situation, but I have no self control when I am on vacation.

It sounds like you are back now and hopefully the frustration will keep you motivated to hit the gym hard!

Wow, sounds like things have been a pain in the rear, hope it gets better. The good news is it doesn't look like it would take long to get back into shape(being young helps...

Good luck with your goals, you still look great!!
