new workouts..getting excited
Saturday, September 6th, 2008so starting my new workouts monday. two weeks till exam 1 in med school so maybe not going to be as hardcore till after my exams. need to spend TONS of time studying in the next few weeks. BUT here is the plan..somebody make me stick to it
Monday: Lower Body/Abs/ 20 min Intervals on tredmill
Tuesday: Upper Body/Abs/ Short Run
Wednesday: Abs/Intervals or OFF
Thursday: Yoga/Medium Run
Friday: Lower Body/Abs/Intervals
Saturday: Upper Body/Abs/ Long Run
Sunday: OFF or Yoga
Months Runs: short, medium, long, in miles
week1: 4,5,6. week 2: 4,5,7. week 3: 4,6,7. week 4: 5,6,8
excited about eating a lot.
