Contemplation Stage
Well guys, I’m in the "Contemplation" stage of behavior modification. I plan to re-start training on February 12, 2007. It’s been awhile since I’ve been in the gym consistently. This time I’m training to lose the fat! Often when I’ve trained in the past, I’ve focused too much on the strength and weight-lifting, and neglected everything else. Now, I plan on changing that. I’ll spend this weekend gearing up for the proverbial "Monday" when I begin a new life. However, I’ve been battling a cold or ear infection of sorts, but I’m not going to let that stop me.

GL BRO! Your right about will power man. I used to never have the power to say no to cake and candy, but now im older and more mature and i can see the pounds melt away. Im sure you can see results too! GL!
