Well it’s been awhile since the last time I posted any info. Most of my time has been spent doing something that I have always dreamed of doing. I opened up a bar with the help of my two partners. Needless to say that with all the time I spent getting the bar ready, my workouts and diet suffered. But now I am back on track to get into the low 200’s. Ido have to say that I haven’t been on a scale in quite some time and I am a little nervous. Now it is time to "Hit it & Hit It Hard!" Look for some new progress pic to come.

Well I finally broke into the 240’s today. I weighed in at 247.5lbs. I haven’t been this low since high school. I am 29 yrs old, so that tells you how long that has been. It’s getting tough the lower I get. It seems that in the beginning the weight was just falling off but it hasn’t been lately. I am jus glad that I dropped some more weight. I was beginning to think that I wasn’t able to lose much more.

I sure didn’t expect to wake up to thunderstorms today. Suppose to be this way all day. That sucks because I was suppose to run outside today. I hate running on the treadmill. I am debating on just sucking it up and running in the rain. It might be refreshing. With all this rain and drearyness, it sure makes you want to sit around and do nothing!

Well I am down to a new low of 255.5lbs. I haven’t been this low this high school! Got a tough run ahead of me at lunch. That’s the bad thing about living in Cincy, the humidity sucks here. Suppose to be pretty humid and hot today. Can’t wait!!!

Well, after a long weekend of camping and definitely not eating that well, I only gained a pound. I could’ve been more strict but I needed to relax a bit. It wasn’t necessarily what I ate but what I drank. Although I was able to stay away from the snacking while drinking.
Now it’s time to hit it and hit it hard!!

Well I broke into the 250’s today. I weighed in at 259 this morning. Pretty pumped about that. I haven’t been this light for a long time. I also moved over to the last notch on the old belt!

Well it’s been 4 weeks since I sttarted this diet. I would have to say that I am pleased with the weight loss. I have dropped from 270 to 260.5. I don’t see much of a difference but I understand that it may take losing more weight to see a change. The thing that I am not looking forward is know that the weight will not always drop off this fast it it will slow but I will take what I can get.

Just competed in my first Half-Marathon (13.1 miles). Before this race, 8 miles was the farthest I had gone. Not only was I able to finish the race but I had a personal best by finishing in 2hrs & 19sec.
