Just to keep my promise and not be a "liar pants" as french_pedi called me….I am posting MORE rules at the gym.

continued….

1. No farting when I am on a cardio machine next to you. I have had to cut my cardio short due to someone crapping their pants. For the love of God, I hate doing cardio…please do not interrupt my session if I am up there.

2. Please do not leave your McDonald’s or Taco Bell wrappers in the parking lot. First off, I am a very GREEN person. Yes, I drive a gas guzzling SUV, but…don’t pollute my earth with your crap wrappers.

3. If you are working with a trainer for 2 years and have not lost any weight…look at your diet or ask the trainer if he is REALLY helping you.

4. Guys who wear bike shorts to the gym (ya know the super tight bike shorts) who have smaller asses than mine..you do not look hot, you look wimpy.

5. Look at the calories in your "sports drinks". You are probably drinking MORE calories that you are burning off in the gym.

6. If you came to look pretty…"you look pretty"…there, you got your compliment, you can go home now. Sit your pretty lil arse on the couch and eat bon bon’s. I am there to sweat. It matters more what I look outside the gym than what I look like inside.

7. I can’t think of any more….someone help me out….

I just did not want to be a liar head anymore.

1. DO NOT wear your pajama’s to the gym. Why is it that people think it is ok to wear flannel pj pants to the gym?

2. Do not wear your underwear around the gym. Yes…there is an older man who is about mid to late 60’s and he wears these Joe Boxer boxers, and he thinks they are shorts. He always comes up and makes conversation….but I am embarrised for him.

3. If you are able to read a book while doing cardio, it does not count as cardio.

4. If I am lifting in front of a the mirrors please do not stand in front of me. Yes, this happened today…just a foot in front of me. I felt crowded…how could they not?

5. If you are getting all dolled up to pick up a piece of A$$ at the gym, go to the bar….

Thank you….more to follow.

So, I watched this Oprah some time ago about how this couple was on the verge of divorce because she was sick of picking up after her hubby and all his annoying habits. I guess he walks in the door from work everyday, and throws his jacket on the rail of the staircase and goes about his business. Well, his wife would immediately pick it up and put it in the closet. And she would be furious because she would do this everyday. So, they are on the show, and the guy has NO CLUE how bad he was pissing off his wife because she would just do these things and not say anything. So, the house always stayed picked up…he never noticed a mess. Well, the lady is sitting there in tears about ready to divorce the guy.

So, I learned from this…first off, if something pisses you off…tell someone. No need to hold it in. It only hurts you.

So, in my life…what annoyed me was how my hubby would get out of the shower, clean his ears with a q-tip and leave the q-tip on the counter. He did this everyday….for as long as I knew him. Now, there is a garbage can in our bathroom within arms distance of the counter. But, everyday…there it sat on the counter. So, I started putting these annoying q-tips in places that would ANNOY him. Somedays he would find his used q-tip in his wallet. Sometimes on his pillow. Occasionally in his gym bag. Let’s just say he got the point. We laughed about it, and I haven’t seen a q-tip on the counter in a couple years.

So, if your spouse, significant other has an annoying habit, let me know…I will help you rid them of that fast. for example, they leave the toilet seat up….write in marker "I have a small pee-pee" underneath it. They will be sure to put that lid DOWN everytime!

Think about it…In Bambi &Dumbo their mom’s died after they showed them as being so sweet and caring. In Nemo, Little Mermaid, & Chicken Little the mom’s had already died. Pinocchio never mentions a mom.

And, there is allot of wicked stepmothers…Snow White, Cinderella…why not have evil mother in laws? Seems more believeable :0)

In Jungle Book, Mogli was an orphan….

I guess everytime a movie comes out from Disney or is re-released…the first thing I look for is to see if the mom exists.

First off thanks so much for your prayers, love, support, kind words. I am forever greatful. So, here I sit in the hospital with my son…day after surgery. The surgery went good. It was more intense that they had thought. First off, to back up…he had what was called a tethered spinal cord (basically fatty tissue at the bottom of his spinal cord). It was not affecting him yet, but could in the future, so we did the surgery. Well, the surgery went well, but the tumor (fatty tissue) had grown dramatically over the past 2 months. They had to removed 3 bones instead of 1 to get to it. It was only 1 centemeter from his spinal cord. Which really would have affected him developmentally had we not done the surgery when we did. So, all in all…we will walk out of here in a couple days (Sunday or Monday) with a HEALTHY little 12 month old boy! It has been rough b/c he has to be on his side or on his tummy. Try telling a one year old that…they don’t get it. And I can’t even hold him. So, I lay in this big crib with him and just console him. But, today is better than yesterday, and tomorrow will be better than today…… Of course everyone has brought us the LEAST healthy foods ever! I guess getting the flu a few days before this and losing 4 lbs was a blessing too! LOL. I gained it back…sorry Jason! Even the cafeteria here didn’t have any chicken or protein on their salad bar. So, soup and salad was my dinner last night. Tonight my hubby is going to get us take-out. Some nice chicken…yummmmmmmm. I can’t wait to be home. Be with my daughter who is being spoiled rotten by her grandma and grandpa, and have this lil guy home too. I also CAN’T wait to get back into the gym. When it is all said and done I will have taken a week off due to the flu, surgery etc… Through this I have learned what is NOT important in life….I know what IS important, and that is where my focus needs to be. Life is short…live it the way you envision it. No excuses, no regrets. Love what you have. And be greatful for all of God’s little clues…as hard as they may be (the surgery), it was a blessing we didn’t wait. Everything happens for a reason….
