Day 6 Bizzy Diet
Wake up 9:40AM CLA core, shred matrix
Breakfast 10:30AM armor v, 2 eggs, hot sauce
Snack 1:00PM protein powder
Before Lunch 3:00PM CLA core, shred matrix
Lunch 3:30PM turkey burger, asparagus
Workout 5:45 30 minute kickboxing
Snack 6:30PM protein powder
Dinner 8:00PM chicken, spinach
Snack 10:00PM cottage cheese
Down almost another pound! 174.8lbs now (: Damn I’m doin awesome haha
Of course my family ordered 3 huge large pizzas for dinner. Pepperoni, meat, and sausage. It smelled SO friggin good. I want some so bad ): But I'm not having any. I grilled some chicken and cooked some spinach. And I ate that while they stuffed their faces with pizza. Plus we still have pie and red velvet cake in the fridge. I haven't had any of that! I haven't had any sweets. I've stuck on this diet so well.
