I like the leg press to work quads and especially to increase range of motion in my hips. Also a good warmup to squats as it makes my front tired and forces me to squat using my hamstrings and butt like god intended.  Keep at it , and may the force be with you.</description>

No matter what else happens during your day, when you are working in a field of customer service, you have to remember that it is not about you... it is about the customer. She needed to hear what you said even if she did not want to. Man, but I really wanted to have a bangin' exit (no pun intended). That is alright. I can hardly wait for my 'new assertive' woman to arrive. = D Keep it movin'!</description>
