My rests between sets were a little long, today; I kept stopping to write. I use a calendar as my training log. It allows me to see when I train and my weights. I also write down how I am feeling, if I should increase/decrease weights, injuries, etc. I had full squats on my program, today. I watched the "So You Think You Can Squat" series on Youtube. I applied a lot of the lessons in that video and they worked: looked up, hips back, pushing knees out, etc. For the first time, in a while, I was able to consistently go low enough to hit the bumpers on either side of the squat rack for all of my reps. I was elated to go below parallel. Now, I need to get some video and really analyze my form, further. I can also tell I will be wearing flats, tomorrow.
