9 Days Out: Thursday AM: Legs and Posing; PM: 45 Cardio and Calves
Peak Week begins in just 2 days. I am going to start Expel and carb up on Saturday with sweet potato fries. Yum! I found them pre-cut at Trader Joe’s. Then, I will see very few carbs the follow week and NONE next Wednesday and Thursday. Then, I’ll carb up on Friday. I think starting Thursday evening is too much for me. My tanning appointment is made. I make my waxing appointment tomorrow for Tuesday morning. I have my registration card. And my bag stayed packed from the last show. I have been practicing doing my make-up and this time I know to use ALOT of oil…alot.
My energy has been all over the place today. One minute I am cleaning like a mad woman and the next I am laying around. My next meal is in 30 minutes–thank goodness. I am going to do my cardio after I eat. Then I have one more evening meal. My weight is around 132, my lines are good and I look full, right now. My face has gotten very lean, suddenly. I had cheeks yesterday and this morning they were gone. Hopefully, everything else follows suit. I am destined to be on or getting my period on show days. I have been really good about getting my water in, too. I can’t complain. I better do this cardio before my body rebels and wants to sleep again.
