Friday: Shoulders+, Hamstrings, Cardio

I didn’t want to hit any major groups today because I am meeting with Billy tomorrow. There is no telling what he has in story. I did hit shoulders, again. They weren’t sore and I felt like doing it. I am still experiencing some TOM and probably some post-holiday bloat/gain. So, I will be doing a little more cardio this week. Next week, I am ordering my suit from Lidia Conti. It is a toss-up between the brown and the orange. I am getting the inexpensive suit and have a few more stones applied by Lidia. It is a trade off. It is a little more expensive, BUT still less expensive than other suits, the stones are less likey to pop off, and that is less to do and think about. Since I plan on doing 4 (possibly 5 shows) I have to think about longevity. This suit has to last!

I hit shoulders hard and made my hamstrings burn. I can tell that my glute-tie in area is improving by touch. The appearance still leaves much to be desired. When I pose, however, there is a new dimple that wasn’t there before–I’ll take and celebrate progress wherever and whenever I can.

Even though I am not quite ready for work on Monday, I am looking forward to getting back on track and having my 6 meals. For the passed two weeks I’ve had around 5 meals. I am wondering would that also account from some of the gain, too. Should be interesting to see what happens when  start getting my first meal at 4 a.m., again.

Hey girl, i see you are still going strong. The holidays always seem to mess things up a bit, but hey they are the holidays and we deserve a little break. Glad to hear that you are still seeing improvements though. I am also working on improving my hamstrings and can tell they are getting better. Have a great week!
