Back, Biceps, Abs
I had a great workout this morning focusing on back, biceps, and abs. I even got a compliment from an older guy saying that my form was top notch and that I look like I train with someone–yes, I do, my good man. Biil-lay! I just ate 1/4 of a protein bar to give me some time to think about what I am going to eat next–probably eggs with a bit of cheese. My weight is holding steady at 147. I don’t think that I want to dip any lower than 145 or so. But on the other hand, I really don’t know what my body has in store for me. So, I will just continue to eat and train.
I am still working towards getting those abs. In the mornings, when the sun is rising, I haven’t eaten yet, and the light is juu-uust right, I can catch a glimpse of what is to come. It’s all pretty exciting. I have also decided to set a semi-long term goal of submitting my profile for bb.com’s transformation of the week in June. June 21st is the beginning of summer and gives me 12 weeks to work on my little personal challenge. That gives me something body related to work for. I can also practice smiling,and posing, and lubing myself up! I’m even going to invest in a few bathing suits, I only own a one-piece Nike suit.
