Cardio and Abs
So I dragged myself to the gym determined to get 30 minutes of cardio in on the elliptical machine with the handles. I pedaled for 14 minutes forward and backwards, then finished off pedalling forward, again. I did three of the ab excercises assigned to me. I got good and sweaty because it was a bit of a struggle, but I left the gym feeling waaa-aay better than when I entered! The power that is excercise! Tommorow, I will attempt the workout again tommorow. When I meet with the PT on Monday I can say that I did the program 3x (what I could do anyway) and 3 days of cardio (he assigned two). It’s only been a week, but I can say that my squats have improved drastically. I do alot of self correcting, now. I’ll keep working at it and we’ll see what kind of changes happen towards the middle of October!

wow your determintaion is so powerful..your as hardcore as i am LOL
I only wish my body shape changed more quickly for the amount of time i put into it. Love reading your blogs. You will love your personal trainer. they are an imspiration.
So hopefully by christmas i can notice changes. I was able to legpress 275 the other day without my personal trainer would not have happened. I can also do squats on the smilth machine using 120 as my weight in total. I am amazed..but i only started in may with doing weights. So i have to be patient. enjoy your sunday…
