Small Changes
Did abs, chest, and biceps today. The elbow was feeling pretty good. I curled with a 30 pound bb and did cable curls @ 50#. I am still going to ice it throughout the day and take my glucosamine. I am working on sitting and standing up straight, again. It is such a hard habit to break, but it makes such a difference in my appearance and the way that I feel and breath in general. And I think it makes me look a bit taller, too. Because of my earlier fall schedule I am now planning how I can going to get all of my meals in and coordinate them with the breaks that I have or the times that I won’t have students. My first meal today was at 6:30 a.m.–about 1 1/2 hours earlier than usual. I have managed to give myself an upset stomache. This wouldn’t be so bad except we don’t have staff bathrooms–all shared stalls so I can’t use the restroom in peace and solitude. I only ate 1/2 an apple and a whey protein shake because I knew the change would get me.
