Once again, my body expressed extreme disdain for what I ingested yesterday. I was bloated last night from the cake and possibly the ribs et. al. But in the middle of the night I had alot of cramping, and in the morning I was met with an upset stomache. I don’t think I need to get hit in the head (or the stomache) anymore about cheating or "cheat meals". I do believe that my cheats need to stay over in the relagtively healthy realm (i.e. vegetable pizzas, my favorite cereals, oatmeal, maybe a blueberry pancake). I just can’t take the gut ripping gas and you know what that has been coming with the cakes and brownies. Ugh. I got some extra eggs and I am going to make that delicious quiche that sborton had in her blog…yum! As for the week, I am going to stay on the lower end of my calorie range, get some extra veggies in me, and try to add 1-2 additional cardio sessions. I was a bit sluggish this morning, probably still affected by yesterday. But I did do an hour of cardio on the elliptical trainer and I felt great afterwards. And now to figure out what to do with this Monday off…

I know what you mean about the gut and cheating. I experienced the same this weekend off a cheat meal that I kept in check(didn’t over eat). Keep up the good work.
